ProRac Ball Mount 3 Bike Carrier

Customer Question:I am wondering if this rack will fit my 2006 Nissan Titan. It has a 2" class iv hitch. I don't have my truck with me right now to measure the distance from bumper to end of hitch. Any help would be appreciated.

Racks for All Solutions: As long as you have 3-4 inches of hitch receiver protruding, you should be just fine with this rack. There is another slide over rack available as well:

Both are excellent products.

Pop up campers mighty rack by Swagman

Customer Question:
I came across your bike rack by Swagman on your internet site and am very interested. I am unable to determine how the straps which hold down the rack to the camper are secured. I would also like to know if there is a crank system to tighten down the ties or is it done manually? I will be attacking 4 bikes to the rack and would like to know if you have any information concerning how sturdy the system is?

Racks for All Response: The 80550 Pop-up rack instructions have been added to the product page:

https://www.racksforall.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=66

The rack is screwed to the camper top, and the nylon straps that are provided are manually tightened. It is a sturdy rack - we have sold quite of few of these racks with no complaints.

We also sell the ProRac line of camper bike racks:

2 Bike Rack for Ford Explorer with Bumper-Mounted Ball

Customer Question:

I have 2 Ford Explorers with trailer ball mounted directly to the back bumper...not a dismountable trailer hitch. In other words the ball is bolted onto the back bumper itself rather than on an extension coming out from a trailer hitch attached to the frame from underneath. The rack I thought I wanted is a XPORT Flatbed 2-Bike Hitch Rack or something similar but it mounts to a trailer hitch not the bumper or ball. Can you recommend a hitch that will work for me?

Racks for All Solution: We have a ball mount version of a popular Surco rack that should work:

https://www.racksforall.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1809

This rack with work with 1.25, 2 inch, and ball mount applications. It can also be converted to carry skiis and snowboards as well:

Low cost rack for Honda Pilot 2006

Customer Question:
Hello! I would like to install a Perrycraft Deluxe roof rail on my Honda Pilot 2006. (Much less expensive than Honda's!) Is this doable?
Is it complicated to install? Can I do it myself? I am relatively handy. Would I need to order anything additional to install or is it all included? Lastly, what length rail would I need?

Racks for All Solution:
The best roof rail choice for you is the Perrycraft Aventura series, length 58 inches for the Pilot. Here is the link:

to select the color and length of Aventura Rails you wish, which should be 58 inches. Note that these rails are available in Black and Stardust Silver finish. The Silver finish costs about $9.00 more. These kits are self-contained and if you are handy you should have no trouble.

BMW Z3 Luggage Rack?

Customer Question: I am about to place an order for the above...however, for some reason I cannot clearly see the design of the rack at its lower edge....does it have a 'turn-up' bar at the bottom? So that the luggage has a 'stopper' to rest against?

Racks for All Response: Yes, this rack has a lip at the bottom to hold your bags, and is a very popular product with Z3 owners.

Rack for 2002 Volvo V70 Wagon

Customer Question: Hello-
I have resisted roof racks for years because of expense, mostly. However, I just bought a really sweet wagon (2002 Volvo V70 with factory “racks”) and my two sons and their gear are getting bigger and I may be at just the right vulnerability to take the leap. I tell you this, so you can recommend something that is very cost effective and flexible for me. If you were me, how would you build this up? I want to be able to do the following:
1. put a couple bikes up there…one or both could be little kiddy bikes
2. Snowboard(s) and cross country ski(s), maybe at the same time, but the boards could go in the car.
3. Kayak, maybe
4. building materials like long 2x4s and such. What’s my weight limit going to be given that it is all built on the factory racks?
5. I like the idea of improvising stuff with pipe insulation, come-alongs, pvc, whatever. I do hereby release you from any liability incurred from any advice you give me regarding home-grown ideas that you’ve seen or heard of.

Racks for All Solution:

Listed below is a solution for your car which would give you a basic rack.

Thule Crossroad Railing Pack 450
http://www.racksforall.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=141

Thule 58 inch Load Bars (1 Pair)
http://www.racksforall.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=426

To carry bikes you’d need something like the

THULE Big Mouth Upright
http://www.racksforall.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=187

For your skis, this would work

Thule Flat Top 4 Pair Ski Carrier
http://www.racksforall.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=206

For the kayak, the following is a nice item

Thule Hull-A-Port w/Quickdraw Tiedown
http://www.racksforall.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=227

All Thule products can be locked with a one-key system available at an extra price.
