The wagon comes with crossbars, and I prefer to limit the additions and modifications to the current crossbars (i.e. I want the bike tray to fit directly onto the factory crossbars if at all possible). I prefer a fork mount system if possible.

Bike/ski rack for Jeep Liberty

Customer Question: I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty. I’m interested in a rear mount rack for bikes and skis. I’ve looked at the Thule Spare Me rack, and it seems to fit my needs. However, I’m concerned about access to my trunk area when the rack is in use. The back window on the Liberty swings up and the door swings out. Will I be able to have the window swing up and clear bikes and skis on the rack?
