Base Rack for 2004 Mitsubishi Outlander and Cargo Bag

We are trying to find load bars / cargo top carrier to fit a 2004 Mitsubishi Outlander with luggage rack. Any suggestions as this quest is becoming a big challenge for this vehicle. 46" is the inside distance between the luggage racks that run front to back.
