Bike rack for Mini Cooper with Factory Rack

Customer Question:

I have a 2007 Mini Cooper S with a factory roof rack. I'm searching for a bike rack that is easy on easy off to carry a Specialized road bike. Fork mount or traditional...I don't really have a preference...the most important criteria would be the mounting and un-mounting of the rack...preferably by hand if such a product exists.
