Thule has a great custom base rack for your Sonata.  Here are the components you need:

1. Fit Kit 1577
2. Thule 480R Rack Feet 
3. Thule RB3 Aero Load Bars
4. Thule 544 Locks (set of 4) 
5. Thule Fairing 872XT

Please note that the fairing is optional but cuts down on wind noise, and locks are completely optional.
